- Signing design contract and providing 2D floorplans.
- Delivering overall and detailed renders of all areas to help clients easily and realistically visualize the space.
- Drawings include: Interior renovation floorplans, furniture layout, detailed developments of ceiling, wall, electrical & plumbing, furniture specs.
- Handing over all interior design documents and completing design contract. TekNix E&C then provides interior construction quote and carries out the construction process.
